The experience

The wagon ride takes you down. The trail takes you in.

Guests board the wagon at the top and ride down to the bottom, where the outdoor haunted trail begins. From there, you continue through the woods on foot. Every turn is designed to keep you guessing—and some shadows follow.

Warning: Strobe lights, fog, sudden sounds, uneven ground, confined spaces, and intense scares may be used.

Climb aboard at the top and ride down through the darkness toward the trail entrance at the bottom.

The Trail

Step off the wagon at the bottom. The path tightens, the trees close in, and every sound comes from the wrong direction.

The Hollow

Cross the open hollow and make it back to the lights before the darkness decides to keep you.

How scary is Hillside of Horror?

It is designed as an intense haunted attraction with darkness, loud sounds, theatrical fog, strobe effects, tight spaces, and sudden scares. Use your best judgment for younger guests.

What happens if it rains?

Because part of the attraction is outdoors, severe weather may delay or cancel a night. Weather updates will be posted on our social media pages before opening.

Can I get a refund if I get too scared?

No. Entering is your decision, and tickets are nonrefundable once scanned or after your reserved date begins.

Is the attraction accessible?

The experience includes a wagon ride to the bottom followed by an outdoor walking trail with uneven ground. Contact the team before visiting so they can explain current accessibility options.
